ZETTATEL COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Since Zettatel Communications (and its media) offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product from the company.
Exception: Refunds will only be initiated following the consistent lack of service delivery on the part of Zettatel, i.e., that Zettatel has blocked usage and no credits have been used.
You may sign up for a free 3-day trial and try the service before making a purchase. This is a personalized service with 50 credits offered to the client for test purposes.
The trial period and test privileges are limited and controlled through the provision of dummy user accounts that shall be dissolved after the 3 day expires.
Exchanges are only acceptable within accounts with the same cost per item and similar validity periods.
Exchanges between different products e.g., between SMS and airtime, are not acceptable.
Exchanges must be communicated and made between 7-30 days of the initial conversation after acceptance of the same.
We only offer exchanges to the original accounts used to make the purchases.
Right to cancel an order.
You can stop using our services at any time and your rights to cancel are provided to you before you sign up and can be found in the user agreement we’ll provided.
If you cancel a pre-paid service, the service will end at the usage of your credits.
Cancellation of post-paid services shall be communicated in writing at least 10 days prior for the settlement of billing and accounting procedures.
